The Woodley Condominium was designed by architect Thomas Franklin Schneider and completed in 1903 in the Beaux-Arts style. Originally a luxury apartment building, it was converted to condominiums in the 1970s. The seven-story structure comprises 76 residences and retains many original architectural details, including an ornamental balustrade and a mosaic-tiled lobby.
The Woodley Advisory Committee is composed of owners and tenants interested in helping to strengthen our community.
The Woodley Board of Directors, composed of unit owners, is responsible for the financial, operational, and physical management of the condominium community, including setting the annual budget, maintaining common areas, and enforcing community rules and regulations.
